we have the professional and over 20 years experience in manufacturing roll forming machine .and the full time designer for the drawing and machines .we can ensure the machine have the least errior by the client requirements ;

1. Before production we will strictly checking of the mateial thickness, drawing profile and customer requirments matched with the machine design requirments, to make sure there is no any mistake.

2. If do the production according to the customer sample, we will make the drawing by our professional engineer and then let the customer confirm time and time again.

3.During the production we will update customer week by week to double check the production status.

4.During the testing, we will use long coil to test the machine working production rate, use the Min and Max material thickness to test the machine working range. And then make the testing video and testing report to show to the customer. We never allow any one of the not qualified machine out of our factroy.
